Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your many years of service so far us! We’re really pleased to hear you value so many things about the Patrol role and you’re absolutely right that shift work isn’t for everyone. We appreciate you calling that out for others considering the job as it's a demand-led role so will always be part of how we operate. However. it's good to call out that we continue to look at how we can best support colleagues in managing the demands of a role that’s centred around being there for our members when they need us most.
