Pros

I began my career working part-time, handling inbound calls in the breakdown contact centre. From there, the development opportunities and the company’s commitment to internal growth enabled me to build a varied and fulfilling career. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work across training, supervisory roles, Senior Management, Outsource Partnerships, Transformation initiatives — and everything in between. Each step has offered new challenges and learning experiences, and I’ve always felt supported in my progression.

Cons

Be warned - its addictive! I am 25 years and counting!

Pros

I’ve worked for the RAC for over 6 years now, I love the job because everyday is different, very self efficient which I prefer, but also if you need help It’s always there, colleagues are always happy to help. good management all very approachable and have a great understanding of our role as recovery specialists as they’ve all done the job before going into the managerial roles.

Cons

Communication from indoor staff could be better. Travel time to jobs for short tows. Spend more time messaging office staff because wrong resource has been sent.
