      Hands off management. Flexible working. Provided with the tools, resources and support needed to do my work to a good standard. Business shows an active interest in the output of our team. Supportive and accessible management structure within our squad. Clear goals and vision.

      Can vary depending on which arm of the business you're working for. Some middle managers display outdated values and attributes which require addressing. Lack of career opportunities - favoritism is common
