Fantastic place to work with great support for all staff at all levels of the business. The senior management are brilliant and really understand the business and the workforce,

Cons

It's hard work and can be stressful but all jobs have their trials and tribulations and I wouldn't have it any other way. .

Great engineering culture

Pros

Great benefits such as the employee bonus scheme, and a growing engineering department, with amazing culture. Fantastic career progression with a clear progression matrix, which is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other places I have worked. Building really interesting and exciting things with a really modern tech stack. I am always learning and never standing still! Work/life balance is fantastic and cannot fault it.

Cons

Rapidly changing priorities, however this is just part and parcel of a company with a new engineering department.
