      Good pay, rewarding job constant appreciation and incentives for staff, amazing overtime opportunities, good work culture.

      Cons

      If you want to develop your career it is a 'if your face fits' type of situation. Lower management such as team managers can let power get to there head and there is not the strongest support if you turned to higher managers.
