Although fast paced, your voice is heard and have the ability to genuinely make a difference. Very transparent regarding business performance and financials.

I find it is a good place to work there are a lot of opportunity management team in my experience are very supportive they have a strong support system in place for those who feel they need extra support in specific area's and encourage staff to always ask and don't struggle in silence
