      Pros

      Start and finish work on your driveway. Helping people and that is about it

      Cons

      Irregular shifts with a toxic culture of "you must eat sleep and breath RAC. Have to request to finish shift on time. Constant performance figure chasing. No chance of progression unless you either bend over backwards or fudge your figures to look good. Can be dangerous and extremely lonely
