Pros
Some amazing people that unbelievably put up with poor treatment by the exec team
Cons
Unrealistic expectations on working hours, employees in support functions are not considered of value to the business, unethical behaviours from exec and senior management, manual processing, poor technology set up which causes daily problems, bullying and blame culture, behind market pay, extremely poor pension scheme which is not explained to new starters so caught by surprise once joined. The exec say all the right things, but their actions do the complete opposite.
