Shift work is awful, management need more training, micro management and timed on breaks and calls etc. LACK of progression depending on your manager and if you are liked

Company is going downhill. Pushing for profits with minimal investment, pushing workforce to create extra profits. Customer service is no longer the forefront of the company.
