      Supportive - senior management, line managers and HR all make time to listen and act upon feedback regularly. Well-being is prioritised Positive - there is a positive, fun, friendly atmosphere - even over Teams working from home. I joined in lockdown and have felt part of the team from the start, despite not meeting them in person Interesting - forward thinking digital marketing strategies. Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop
