      Pros

      Easy to pick up, all other staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming, pay is really good for starting on a temp part time contract and it goes up once you get the perm contract ! Also you get a bonus for phone fixes.

      Cons

      Some members can be extremely rude and abusive, wouldn’t advice this job if you can’t take being yelled at.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at RAC in outbound sales. If you put the work in then there was a lot of commission to be earned. Good management in my department. Healthy competitive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Working alternate Saturdays. Micromanagement of your working hours, toilet times, break times I understand why it was there it just feels like your always being watched. Not much room for growth in the company.

      - Good managers - Friendly staff - Large organisation with multiple departments - Well known brand - Free parking - Free RAC Breakdown cover - Iconic building to work in

      Cons

      - Slow to adapt to modern trends - Not clear enough progression or training for non-managers - Owned by CVC when I worked there; Private Equity company mind set meant they were tight with money - Round of job cuts had a negative effect on working environment, process dragged out for months
