      Great bonus structure and overtime rates

      Cons

      Tough shifts especially if your working evenings. Not very flexible if you have children or a family to go home too. Sometimes working 6 out of 7 days.

      Pros

      Surport is always there, wether it's a level above or a level below...help is always a call/email/conversation away. Meeting different and interesting people on a weekly basis is the norm and every day for me is different. Great team (lost a few office based) with a 'hard work pays off' attitude.

      Cons

      Lost a few office based people recently but that's business I suppose.

      Pros

      Just finished my training yesterday and needed to say how impressed I was at how RAC invest in you right from the start , also top marks to Ben Turner the trainer made the training so interesting and real such a genuine/experienced bloke.

      Cons

      RAC need to tighten up on the LMS side of the training yes there are gremlins in the works but it should be completed by the trainee before they go on the weeks training
