      Pros

      Great place to work the earning potential is great if you are prepared to put the time and effort in . Not a 9 to 5 job and don't get every weekend off so if that's what you are looking for this is not the place for you. Need to be self motivated and driven the incentives are great and you are pretty much left to get on with you role as long as you are doing what you should be.
