      - can be flexible - good friends made in the team

      Cons

      - management just care about KPI's more than your mental health - no feedback get's listened to, you have to remember we are all just numbers in a big company - no space to move up

While KPIs help us track business goals, we care deeply about our colleagues beyond these measures.       Unlike anywhere I've worked before

      Pros

      My own team and the teams that surround my role have been so unbelievably supportive since I've started. Nothing is too much trouble when you need a little helping hand and the best part is that it just feels completely natural for colleagues at RAC. There's nobody forcing you to collaborate or cross-work, people just want to do that off their own backs so that things are always improving. It's really quite refreshing.

      Cons

      I wouldn't necessarily say it's a con in a negative sense, but definitely a consideration - you HAVE to have tenacity. Things change all the time, if you can't move with the times then this won't be the place for you.
