      A company that doesn't understand the word fairness

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime available because they spend most of their time trying to re-employ people who last a month and then leave once they realise what they have walked into.

      Cons

      Badly managed, will change your salary when it suits them by getting their staff to sign new contracts to agree a pay reduction. Micromanaged, no trust for the staff who do the frontline work I.e those telephony workers bringing in the cash for their investors which is all they care about. If you want to be treated like a child and like a cog in a wheel then this is the place for you.

      They have a good sick pay scheme.

      Cons

      Everything. No progression opportunities unless someone dies or gets another job ( and of course your friends with the boss) Quote "we are having one of best financial years" in the next breath "your bonus will be slashed by 50%" & also your pay will decrease over 2 years as we think you are paid too much for 9 years loyalty. ( no recognition for tenure)

      Good group of people to work with and gain good knowledge

      Cons

      manager of the south region takes money from you no room for career progression agency workers are on better rate 22k salary after agency and entitled to the bonus scheme which has more cons than pros you could find yourself on minimum wage for a mistake which is out of your hands if your going to do vehicle inspections for the rac make sure it isnt a bca site based
