Fast paced but rewarding environment

Pros

RAC has well structured and supportive management. If you work in Bristol office specifically in GRC (group risk compliance) department, they're all very warm and welcoming. There's also a lot of flexibility in how you work in the style that brings out your best performance. The environment is fast paced, so it's something to be ready for but it keeps the work interesting. Lastly, your effort will never goes unnoticed here. Everyone is appreciative and CEO Dave Hobday takes time to personally acknowledge outstanding performance.

Cons

6 months in, I haven't found a single real, significant negative. Sometimes it gets really busy, but that's part of the pace and energy of the role.
