Pros

Sales staff, sales managers, service manager, service advisors and general manager are great to work with. Although all of the managers get serious and unnecessary ridicule from the owner Richard. They all seem to handle it well

Cons

Micromanagement from Richard down to all of his managers is extreme. Makes their lives and jobs very difficult

Pros

The sales staff was great and getting the experience of driving high end cars is a plus. Lunch was purchased for us once a week.

Cons

The owner consistently made the work environment tense and stressful. His high expectations and short temper did not help create a positive work environment.
