People work in the company for decades and it creates that unique vibe of long-term relationship between people and teams, I personally like old-fashioned rooms that actually have walls and windows, You can get you privacy when you need to focus. And of course - location ) next to HaYarkon park and in the heart of Ramat Hayal, Plenty of green, a lot of cafes and restaurants to go for lunch,
Cons
You will not get all the spoils of high-tech companies here. But still compensation is one of the best on markets. You won't find a lot of info about RAD as employer because people work there for decades,
