      Nothing to say ! They pay you for adding a 5 star review

      Cons

      Everything! Right from the CEO and VP, they play good cop and bad cop. They don’t care in how much you work. Also the guys working have pseudo names and cheat the clients. If we don’t agree with their thoughts you are fired. HR has no control over here. Any complains will not be taken seriously and will route back to us saying that’s our fault. CEO is the problem

      The clients. That is it.

      Chaos. No standard procedures. Constant mismanagement that leads to executive team pocketing commissions. Toxic culture fueled by ownership. Can’t keep employees or terminates them for company’s financial gains.

      I can't think of a single thing.

      Toxic environment, no guidance or direction for sales targets, no assistance or support from management, poor training and consistently threatened about having a job on a daily basis.
