Great place to work with Friendly staff, Rigid Management

- People are very personable and friendly - Supervisors and Managers are understanding and foster strong communication

Cons

- Some Directors and upper-level management can be rigid regarding certain working principles - Not too much diversity at the higher levels (Gender/Race/Experience)

Fellow employees are good people. Pays minimum wage.

Cons

Doesn’t pay well. Long-term/short-term health effect from all the toxic chemicals that are pumped into the air. Rampant sexual assault/harassment/molestation. No quality control. Hazardous safety violations, lack of protective gear. Hearing damage.
