Pros

Maybe if they fire some managers it could be ok. Till then nothing good about this place

Cons

Horrible place to work. Management treats employees like trash. They talk down to the staff. Never listen to the employees because they think we are stupid. Always think they are right. Don't work here it is a all around negitive place. All this place cares about it filling the leaders pockets with money. Don't ever plan on advancing in this place.

Pros

Strong teams throughout the company. Excellent products. IMO, Pretty good pay. Flexibility to grow professionally. There’s some company culture at RAM that you either can learn or choose to dislike, but all in all I enjoyed my job there and would recommend RAM to people that want to grow and like a challenge.

Cons

There are some reviews here that are pretty dang harsh. First, yes it can be a pretty challenging job. RAM’s growth has contributed to some issues that are difficult to face, for sure. Yes, RAM still has an older-school mentality about many things, but overall I think as a company it is growing and evolving for the better. There are high expectations for each department, and sometimes they are a bit unrealistic. However, I’d say if you consider that a reason to not work for a company, you may as well truck it over to the unemployment office. Biggest con I see is ongoing struggles to keep up with product demand and related stress on employees, but I’d agree with others that it will turn around.

Pros

There's good snacks teas and coffees.

Cons

This place is completely miserable from top to bottom. The workplace is toxic between departments, and even within them. Management doesn't trust their workers and the workers don't think management is looking out for them and for good reason. Owners truly believe butts in seats is all that matters. You are expected to be at your at your desk for at least eight hours and logging activity to the CRM. And you're not actually in a sales position, no matter what they tell you in the interview - you're a customer service rep, and you're going to take very angry phone calls and emails from customers all day, ever day. That's your entire job! If I had known that, I never would have taken the job. Work from home priviledges were recently taken away without warning for the entire sales department after having them for a long time, even though nobody was abusing it, and there was no explanation given about why. One more benefit gone, just like that. Not to mention our health care plan, dental plan and PTO are all terrible. Not just salary, but the bonus structure for the sales team is a joke, too. It doesn't matter how much sales growth there is, your bonus will be pathetically small. We're talking single digit percentage of your salary. Don't believe what management tells you in your interview! It's all so far underneath what other companies offer its pathetic. But that's what the company is. Leadership is cheap, period. This place exists to make the few owners rich and everyone else miserable. The assembly workers aren't even allowed to sit down! There is no care for work life balance, or well being of the employees. You're going to work on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, you name it, even though the leadership will all be off vacationing for weeks at a time.
