-Decent pay -Learned about corporate world by connecting with people at the company. -Great product

Cons

-The most toxic team environment. -Passive aggressive management. -Will write you up if you are 1 minute late. -Judgemental employees(only in corporate, warehouse workers are awesome) -People will talk bad about you behind your back including managers/directors -Terrible ERP system

Coworkers are nice. Not much pressure.

Cons

It’s pretty much a boys club. No room for growth. Not open to try out new ideas. Place is an ice box in the winter. Employees have to wear their winter clothes in order to work in winter months.
