Pros

Great entry-level work place where you can explore new topics. The internal labor market makes forces you to be proactive to meet new mentors.

Cons

Not much support for skill development. Very much a learn on the job type of environment. The internal labor market can be difficult to navigate in coverage-balancing.

Pros

-Hybrid work work no formal expectations of going into the office. -Smart, curious and passionate colleagues -Benefits are above average as well -Strong annual pay raises

Cons

-Culture is changing under new CEO and funding cuts. People are no longer allowed/encouraged to speak freely. -Lack of transparency from leadership: Recent RIFs were done after months of reassuring workforce that we were fine financially -Currently, running on past reputation
