Started working with RAND less than a year ago and immediately felt welcome - such a friendly and supportive environment of coworkers, work is fulfilling, and help is there when you need it. It is satisfying to work for an employer that truly cares for their employees wellbeing. The benefits are outstanding and managers grant a generous work/life balance.
