The people are intelligent, the management is receptive and great and the office is really laid back. All in all a great culture that fosters problem solving and collaboration.

Cons

Did not find any cons in my 3 month stay.

Flexibility to work in different areas in interdisciplinary teams. Brilliant people. Lots of projects. Somewhat diverse environment and composition of people.

Cons

Not doing very impactful research. Main areas of work are health and defense. Not much in international development, education or energy or foreign policy
