Pros

Pay is based on Santa Monica, CA cost of living so living in Pittsburgh is a bonus. The hybrid schedule is great essentially for working parents. Managers trust their employees and do not micromanage

Cons

You are subject to the internal labor market and may not like the work you are doing but have to take it to keep getting paid.

-Hybrid work work no formal expectations of going into the office. -Smart, curious and passionate colleagues -Benefits are above average as well -Strong annual pay raises

Cons

-Culture is changing under new CEO and funding cuts. People are no longer allowed/encouraged to speak freely. -Lack of transparency from leadership: Recent RIFs were done after months of reassuring workforce that we were fine financially -Currently, running on past reputation
