Amazing people! Everyone is really nice and very smart!

Cons

There is no guaranteed work!!! If the worst part of job hunting is interviewing then this job is not for you. The internal labor market is terrible! You have to constantly network and interview to get on projects which leads to high turnover. The management is disrespectful and doesn't value the work one puts in.
