Pros

-Hybrid work work no formal expectations of going into the office. -Smart, curious and passionate colleagues -Benefits are above average as well -Strong annual pay raises

Cons

-Culture is changing under new CEO and funding cuts. People are no longer allowed/encouraged to speak freely. -Lack of transparency from leadership: Recent RIFs were done after months of reassuring workforce that we were fine financially -Currently, running on past reputation

Pros

People are nice, Good company to work for.

Cons

My personal experience was being forced into a job that no one else wanted to do. Literally everyone who'd done the job either quit or complained to upper management to get into another position. When I completed it, it piled onto making a department-wide process my personal responsibility. When I expressed a desire for growth, my contract was terminated and they direct-hired and external person to do my job and grow into the team like I'd been asking for in 9 months.
