Pros
Offers benefits and has solid health insurance at a reasonably affordable price if you’re looking for employee only coverage.
Cons
Absent executive management that is completely removed. Local management is disorganized and unable/unwilling to provide support, and absurdly bad at follow through and helping find solutions to any of the issues. Constant toxic positivity where you’re basically told to just “smile and be positive” which just breeds contempt from employees. Things got so bad with a recent software change we were forced to lock all of our center doors for 3 solid days and then when we reopened it was extremely limited hours and exams for another two weeks.
