Pros
Helps build and mentor if interested. Organized chaos sometimes when things are busy but people are willing to work with one another to help. The pay is in line with the industry. There is opportunity for growth if you want it. People mater here
Cons
Sometimes the work load is a lot to handle. The parking at the main office is tough. You need to get in early to get a spot but I hear that we are moving into a larger building and the parking won't be an issue anymore. I think the connection between the field and the office could be better but it appears they are working on that as well.
