Pros
A great company that cares about it’s employees. They provide 401k, Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, Paid Holidays, free snacks and drinks, donut Fridays, etc. There is a lot of opportunity for growth, RBA really does want to see its employees grow, they provide the necessary tools that help accomplish these goals. Management is very understanding and supportive to the needs of the employees especially when it comes to family affairs. There is also a committee that provides a fun and interactive environment for the employees, such as a B-day and Anniversary acknowledgments, potlucks, celebratory luncheons, etc.
Cons
Since it is a small company, some have to wear many hats and sometimes the work load can be overwhelming, however with more people being hired on it is getting better. Parking can be a challenge at times, but RBA is moving to a new building with ample parking.
