You are a salesman aiming for the highest bonus you can achieve in your position so that come your December paycheque you would potentially have thousands upon thousands of extra. This could be a pro but it makes the positions incredibly cut throat, your management above you will ensure you are highest performance so they can double the thousand you take home. They’re are gross seedy tactics hidden behind “client opportunities and offers”
