Many different operations allow for experience in multiple areas. Benefits. Career planning meetings are attempted but sometimes don't land.

Cons

Management is mismanged and will forget about employees. You can be a bad employee or a great employee but still treated similar.

Pros - -Growth Potential (personal and company) -Management (Lead by example) -Team Environment -Additional Training internal and external

Would be nice to be able to have a little flexibility to be able to work from home
