Pros

The people that worked along side you on the floor were great. The building was air conditioned.

Cons

Local management had no idea how to push the company forward. They were not equipped to handle driving the improvements and changes needed to bring the ITB branch of the company forward. This is not their fault as the Executive put them in these positions and did not vet them properly. Condescending remarks, yelling, and sometimes blows are the way of motivation in this company.

Bad Environment, Bad Compensation

Pros

I learned a lot while working here, because I had to teach myself everything. There are not any pros. If I could stand out front with a sign that says RUN, I would.

Cons

No training, no help from corporate. Horrible management team to deal with. If you are not male, you’ll never get promoted. Once I told HR at corporate that the women are treated differently at the facility i worked at. And she panicked and told me I didn’t mean what I said, and did nothing about it. My last day, my manager avoided me and didn’t speak a single word to me the entire day.

Comfortable place to work

Pros

Up until covid, stable job with decent benefits. Comfortable place to work if you don't want to challenge yourself. If you aren't an executive or upper management, you can leave your work at the door when you go home. Intelligent group of engineers. Offers training if you are the squeaky wheel.

Cons

RB Cheap. Salary is not competitive. CEO has archaic perspectives and it flows downhill. Male dominated industry. Classical management styles, finger pointing, blame game, etc. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. They do not promote women no matter how hard you work, your efforts largely go unnoticed.
