Pros

Some of the people in there are knowledgeable, but most of the good people left for better opportunities. Decent pay, few things to learn here and there.

Cons

Very poor management, a lot of secrets discussed behind closed doors. They lay people off without notice, (wasn't my case, I quit). They are trying to do everything behind employees back and they do not recognize extra efforts if you are not part of the "council". Not a sociable environment at all.

Pros

family environment, people work here long long time and know each other like members in a home. especially in Engineering team, director is great to work with.

Cons

the company is a little bit too traditional. facilities are old and there are some progress on going recently, hope this will bring a change to the traditional shop.
