There is no positives to working here that I've found thus far. RBC bought the company I have been working for and have started implementing militaristic type rules and morale is starting to tank. One of the worst companies I've worked for so far. Find work elsewhere.

Cons

Everything so far is getting worse from my old company. Benefits have decreased while prices have gone up. New very strict rules that kill morale while the fat cats up top do whatever they want.
