RBC platform and benefits RBC technology

Cons

RBC Insurance’s level is way below RBC’s culture. RBC Insurance is no different than WFG and the top performing managers are extremely mean and toxic. If you don’t boost their ego by being their ‘Yes-man’, they will crush you to death! Stay away from Female Sales Managers at RBC Insurance, they are witches.
