Pros

I left RBC after having spent 11 years there. I started as part-time employee out of university, and grew my career over the years there with exposure to lots of different places. There are a lot of good people there, although there is the expected amount of politics and slowness-to-move associated with any large company. Pay is decent but not great, technology-wise they're improving but need to accelerate quickly.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy and red-tape. Tech stack for developers could use some work. Too many layers of management keeps thing slow.
