- not the best for career advancement - you do more then your role is been ask - if you not lucky project is sinking career work - a lot of weird drama and people there are good peoples but sometime you question - really trying to recruit cheap labor and the quality come with it - Trend AI it cool but it put some bar on performance evaluation figure out how you can impact your job
