Pros

Friendly work environment but can be very cliquey.

Cons

Management should recognize the support staff in more ways than just providing breakfast or lunch a few times a year. Compensation is below par, as are the bonuses. Management tends to play favorites with the support staff which leaves the rest of us feeling very undervalued. This is a tough balancing act type of position. The brokers are never wrong and management always sides with the brokers. This company is not one I would recommend, as I have worked for others, and the hierarchy was different. Currently looking for a CSA position elsewhere.

Pros

The office space is nice, the staff is friendly. The systems are semi-user friendly.

Cons

They undervalue support staff. Managers pick and choose favorites, and spend money on things rather than giving deserving employees compensation. Lots of red tape and gossiping.
