Pros

If you’re on a decent team or have competent management the worst.

Cons

Little to no WFH flexibility, branch staff can only WFH 2 days a month. Management will send you to HR and HR will send you back to management and it’s somehow nobody’s responsibility to assist. As is the same in most companies in finance, management sucks up to the high producers and let them make the rules instead of acting like management.
