      Pros

      since it was a hybrid position it allowed for flexibility, was only in office for about 2 -4 days a month or so

      Cons

      the work was monotonous and could get very boring at times, and since there were so may people working in the ques there was the possibilities of a lot of down time, but you were able to keep busy through the continuous learning
