Pros

loved working at RBC. I always had exceptional managers, supportive colleagues, and lots of people are excited to make intros/support career growth. You can choose to have a more balanced work/life balance (depending on which function you work in) or you can hustle and be a top performer.

Cons

The only reason I left RBC is because of the return to office. If I was allowed to continue working remotely, I would still be at RBC.

Pros

Work life balance - depending on who you support.

Cons

Pay and culture. It all depends on the LOB.
