Decent workplace

Pros

- nice coworkers - interesting projects at times - great worklife balance - good pay to work ratio

Cons

- not a place for ambitious go-getters - slower culture where work gets done slowly and promotions are more about tenure in role vs meritocracy - lots of bureaucracy working with enterprise - difficult to meet people, teams work in isolation (in-office as well) and it's hard to mingle with coworkers outside your direct team
