Given that the US headquarters are based in Minneapolis, people from Minnesota and the Midwest make up the vast majority of its workforce in the home office. That fact alone is a huge positive as the home office permeates “niceness” throughout its ranks. I have worked at large wire houses before that were based in New York and New Jersey… Palpable difference.
