Pros

Lots of learning opportunities and other careers within the Bank. Used to have a great corporate culture. Low pay compared to other big banks - feels like as if you need to get less to work at the stronger bank in town.

Cons

Has become white male dominant in BC since HSBC acquisition. Diversity and inclusion aren't part of their values anymore.
