Pros

Share option/pension and benefit

Cons

Corporate is all about greed. Your only a number Rbc culture shift to profits n sales are most important that have fostered discrimination amongst colleagues as it seems 90% are Asians and if your of a different ethnicity you will struggle to make your sales mandate. Also salaries are set unfairly and so is advancement. This corporation is in dire need of unioni in order to achieve fairness in salaries & advancement for all hard working individual.

Great benefits, flexible works hours on the sales side

Cons

With head office being in Toronto, all the decisions were made from Toronto which did not necessarily make sense for the branch offices.
