Opportunity for overtime, Great colleagues.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement, No focus on individual ideas or growth of employees. Focus on useless milestones. Unable to change based on employee feedback.

Pros

Friendly people, good benefits, pay is not too bad. Teller bonus is too low though .

Cons

Not people oriented. Only focus on cost cutting. Performance is not based on efficiency. People don't work hard or do nothing win cruise. Customer satisfaction survey doesn't make sense
