Pros

Welcoming culture that is far from uptight and rigid, with plenty to do with your coworkers besides spending your day sitting in your cubicle Always new and interesting projects to partake in and problems to solve - learning never stops regardless of role. Having senior team members take time out of their day to actually impart technical and bureaucratic knowledge in fun and interesting ways is a great way to better understand ones place in the bigger picture (in T&O for example). Room for advancement personally and professionally is built into the work culture, with the ability to move within the company a priority.

Cons

Constant meetings feel like a drain on time that could be better spent on other problems.

Pros

Great banking hours and your goals are very clear from your superiors of what to achieve.

Cons

Sometimes you feel like a robot and are just reading from a script and it gets boring.
