Pros

-Basic entry level job as a customer service agent -Don't fall for the trap that you are a cards advisor "Fancy title" it is really a call centre agent -Good benefits(Health & Dental) -Shift trade helps in case you work on the weekend you can always trade with others -Room to grow but you have to be on top of your game - Good location and many restaurant access

Cons

-Mediocre environment -Managers consider this department to be a stepping stone to where they wanna go and don't really care much about the employees to help them move up, not all managers but most of them. -Be ready to work atleast 3 stats per yeat -Favoritism exist in every job environment but in this job it exists even more. -All depends on the manager (if good then you get to go ahead, if bad then your bad luck)
